I attended this course with the expectations of learning about management and few tips on how to conduct myself of the factory floor, but Claire and her team have by far exceeded those expectations. I learnt about myself and how I can use my management style better, how to conduct the more difficult conversations in a slimline and effective matter. New and improved attitude to onboarding new recruits and how to delegate my time so that I am more focused on certain task instead of multiple. I would gladly attend more EVOLVE training courses in the future.
