We work predominantly with owners & managers of small to medium sized businesses (up to 300 employees), to transform their organisations through their greatest asset – their people.

Helping them to create happier more productive workplaces by empowering people to be more accountable, committed and helping the Company to save time, money and achieve its goals.

Specialising in HR, employee engagement and leadership, EVOLVE brings extensive experience, professionalism and customised support to a range of businesses with clients across the UK, Ireland and further afield.

Founded in 2017 we work with SMEs and owner manager businesses across a range of different industries and sectors.

We understand that managing people can, at times, feel daunting. We ensure you are not alone in building the best business from the inside out.

When you are busy building a great business, certain personnel issues may crop up. We are here to help you navigate those aspects and improve your business’s success from within.

We support with the entirety of the employee lifecycle, from helping clients take on their first employee, supporting with contracts and policies, helping when things go wrong to running bespoke programmes to help maximise the productivity and performance of the organisation.

We have been lucky enough to be asked to speak at a number of conferences and events run by Ulster University, Ulster Bank, Legal Island, Business in the Community, Charter Institute of Public Finance, Arthur Cox Solicitors, The Secret to Success Conference, CIDO, and Engage & Grow Global Conference, Women in Business.

EVOLVE was selected as one of the SmallBiz100 as part of the UK Small Business Saturday Campaign for 2022 and has also been recognised by Enterprise Nation as one of the Top 50 Advisors 2019 in the area of HR.  

We won the New Business of the Year award in the Northern Ireland SME Business Awards 2018, the Engage & Grow Global Social Media Influencer Award 2018; and were a finalist in the Business Excellence Forum Awards 2019 for the delivery of a Women in Leadership Programme. Evolve was also a finalist in the 2023 Women In Business Awards in the category or Best in Professional Services (small business). 

We hold the only licence in Northern Ireland for the Engage and Grow Leadership and Culture programmes. These agile, action-based workshops help you to take your business to the next level. With global Employee Engagement figures are now very near at an all-time low, with less that 20% of all employees being engaged this is a priority for all businesses.

Disengagement manifests in organisations in many different ways, such as difficultly in recruiting, employee turnover, employee negativity, avoiding responsibility, health and safety breaches, poor performance and increases in absenteeism.

About Claire

A passionate and energetic speaker, Claire’s passion for people is evident in how she talks about helping companies really engage with their staff and make incredible differences to their productivity and, ultimately, their revenue. Born into a family of self-starters spanning several generations, it was a natural choice for Claire to start her own business, which began in 2017 and has gone from strength to strength.

With a 12-year history in Capita and Danske Bank, Claire has first-hand experience of HR in large companies but Claire’s entrepreneurial spirit has hit home with start-ups and SMEs.

She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has a First Class Honors Degree and Masters in HRM. In addition, she is a qualified Leadership Coach, a part time lecturer and trainer in the field of Management, Leadership and HR for South Eastern Regional College and Belfast Metropolitan College.
