We have capacity to take on a range of larger scale consecutive projects but we are small enough to really get to know our clients and how we can support them. Getting to know their businesses, team and how we can help add value

Our remote set up means we can work across geographic boundaries, supporting clients in Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Ireland and Europe.

We know problems don’t always happen between 9am and 5pm - sometimes problems can occur outside of normal office hours, we understand that. We can offer a high degree of flexibility to accommodate your opening hours when needed.

We have a low entry point for our support packages meaning even the smallest of employer can have HR Expertise when they need it. The low cost also means clients aren’t paying more than they have to – but you can scale up when you need to. We are very transparent with our billing, we will always keep you informed prior to incurring any additional fees.

We have over 50 years combined experienced within our team, and all of our Consultants are CIPD Qualified (some even teaching the qualification).

Our qualifications and experiences have made us experts in a range of areas, meaning we can provide you with the benefits of having a full HR Team of HR Specialists without the cost. The size of the team also means we can support the same client with a range of issues, providing different Consultants to investigate, take notes or to hear a formal meeting

We will help our clients find the outcomes which work for them. Talking through any potential or perceived risks and steps which could be taken to mitigate it.

No long tied in clauses in our contracts – we want happy customers and don’t want you to stay if you are unhappy
